I have been working through a 3 year Dark Night of the Soul and realized it takes finding our truth to come out on the other side FREE from our BLIND SPOTS and what is keeping us STUCK.
I share in this video a poem I wrote called She Couldn’t Breathe, referencing how I felt as a child that was bullied and shunned from others. A connection with myself as a 12-year-old with my adult self, finally coming to a place of peace, love and acceptance and understanding that little girl and what she went through, so long ago. In my process of healing, I have learned how to connect with my inner children to help them heal.
