Grief manifests itself in emotional and physical symptoms. These symptoms can include, but are not limited to, anxiety, the inability to concentrate, depression, having trouble remembering things, shortness of breath, sleeping too much or too little, extreme restlessness and others. Grief support can help.
These symptoms can relate to grieving that has not yet been dealt with. Grieving is painful, but holding on to it makes things worse.

I hold space to guide you in moving through the grief. Grieving is a necessary part of being human. Learning to heal your grief will help you find peace in your Soul and joy in your life.
We are not taught how to release or walk through grief in a healthy way. When we haven’t learned to release our grief, it can have a huge and lifelong negative impact on our capacity to find joy in our lives and to remain healthy. This shows up in our jobs/businesses and relationships, with others and especially ourselves. It can most certainly cause us to feel stuck and, in turn, become a life unfulfilled; like there is something missing.
Grieving isn’t necessarily about death; it is also about any kind of loss. Grieving things that could have been in our lives or things that were planned for that never came to pass. We also grieve patterns that change in our lives, and we grieve for ourselves and our inner children.
We can even grieve from the healing work we do in order to become empowered and more centered, aware and awakened beings.
We must go through grieving to continue that journey. Whatever may be showing up in our life could be the result of unresolved grief and could also be attracting what you don’t want.
